Ekrem Rudari was born on February 13, 1981, in the village of Shajkoc, Municipality of Podujeva. He completed his primary education in his hometown and his secondary education in Podujeva. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the University of Prishtina.
He began his professional career in 2002 as a Physical Education and Sports teacher in secondary schools in Podujeva, where he worked until 2012. During the 2012/2013 academic year, he was also engaged as a member of the academic staff at Universi College.
On January 5, 2012, he joined the Student Center in Pristina in the position of Head of the Dormitory. On January 1, 2019, he was appointed Acting Head of the Sports Palace “1 Tetori”, while on July 15, 2022, he was appointed to this position with a full mandate. On September 21, 2023, by decision of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MASHTI), he was appointed Deputy General Director of the Student Center.
On January 31, 2025, he was elected General Director of the Student Center in Pristina, a position he currently holds. During his professional career, he has attended numerous trainings and programs in the fields of management, public administration, institutional leadership and organizational development, contributing to the advancement of management practices and public services.
He is married and lives in Pristina
